TEAStep a pair of Earl Grey teabags into boi ling steam, run them under a tap and put them 10 minutes before night out over the ears.
Using 4 chamomile tea bags. Keep your head over the bowl and let them steep for 5 minutes.
In an ice cube tray, freeze cooled chamomile tea. Replace cubes when placed and run over your head.
Soak some gauze in cooled green t ea and add like a toner to the body.

Heat enough oil to fill a small basin of clothing with 0.5. Soak your hands in the water, followed by your feet, for about 10 minutes.
